Saloon: Approx. 14ft this is a spacious, open plan area with a 3 seater faux black leather futon, that converts into an occasional double plus a small coffee table. Solid fuel stove in a tiled surround to port and 1x radiator. 2x 240v sockets.
Galley: Approx. 15ft this large galley is fitted on both sides and includes black granite effect Formica worktops complemented by a black and white tiled splashback and more then ample low level cupboard storage . There is also a stainless steel sink/ drainer and amenities include , ’White-Westinghouse’ 4 burner gas hob , ’ Country Leisure ’ double oven with grill and a free standing’ Shoreline fridge / freezer . The galley also includes a dinning area with a drop leaf table and to starboard there is a side hatch . 1x radiator .
Bedroom : Approx. 9ft 2in fitted to port with a 2ft 8in walk-in wardrobe and a 6ft x4ft fitted double bed with storage under . 2x240v sockets 1x radiator .
Bathroom : Approx. 5ft 8in fitted to port and requiring finishing the bathroom includes wash basin , shower and pump-out toilet ( not connected ) .
