Customer service recognised

Thank you to everyone who has been in touch with us to let us know about valued customer service that that you have received over the last few months.

We are really pleased to be able to recognize the following staff for exceptional efforts which have made a big difference to customers.

Naceur, Priory Marina

During the recent cold spell, the pump out at Priory was damaged.  Naceur came in on his day off to help customers pump out.  When the replacement parts arrived, Naceur came in again in his own time to fit the new parts and get the pump out working properly again.  Customers at Priory wanted to express their sincere appreciation for his efforts to see that they were taken care of as quickly as possible.

Sawley Marina team and Barry, Training Manager

for their efforts in organizing and running a very successful and busy spring market.  A great contribution to the RYA Active programme and start to the RYA Push the Boat out opportunity.  A really enjoyable weekend for everyone who came along.
